Greenacres is excited to team up with well known Animal Behavior Expert and author of Genetics and the Behavior of Domestic Animals and Humane Livestock Handling, Mark Deesing to provide members of the public the opportunity to learn a variety of horse handling and behavior modification technquies. Working as a Facilities Design Consultant alongside Dr. Temple Grandin, Mark Deesing has had the opportunity to study a variety of equine genetics, temperaments, and handling techniques. The techniques highlighted in this workshop will help attendees create a low stress environment for their horses.
