Adult Programs

Greenacres offers a variety of adult garden classes/programs for local garden clubs, civic groups, and other organizations by reservation only. Featured programs include container gardening, deer resistant plants, edible flowers, forcing bulbs, herb gardening, kitchen gardens and organic gardening. Greenacres also offers a hands-on workshop for making a “Hypertufa Trough.” If your group is interested in scheduling a garden program at Greenacres, please contact the Garden Manager at 891-4227, ext. 221 or email GardEdMgr@green-acres.org.

Workshops
In addition to our programs for garden clubs, civic groups, and other organizations, Greenacres also offer workshops to individuals on a herb gardening topics. For a list of current offerings, visit our Greenacres Events Calendar.

Greenacres offers a variety of classes on garden-related topics for organized youth groups like scouts or home school programs.
